BibRave is a running community that connects runners with the best races. It’s the place to research races you’re considering signing up for, and a place to leave feedback on races you’ve completed. BibRave is also a way for races and running brands to connect with socially savvy runners – through our popular weekly Twitter chat, #BibChat, and our large ambassador network – BibRave Pros.
The list below captures all of the opportunities I participated in during the 2018 season. Visit https://www.bibrave.com/ for more information and contact info@bibrave.com with any questions!
I absolutely LOVE being a BibravePro and I am so blessed to say I will be participating again in 2019. With this news, I wanted to recap my 2018 year and everything I participated in. I have left out promotion only opt-in’s and will recap the races and products that I reviewed.

Athlinks
A great place to sign up for races and claim your results. If you haven’t checked this out yet, you need to! It’s been helpful and a quick way to look back on race results and filter them based on distance.
Aftershokz
Safety is the number one thing on the mind when I head out for a run. I love listening to music and loudly. Aftershokz are headphones that are great for safety no matter what activity you are doing. They leave your ear open and use bone conduction to transfer the music for your enjoyment!
Mercury Mile
This was a subscription box for runners and those who workout. Much like the other boxes, a stylist will pick some choices for you and you have the opportunity to try on and either keep or return.
UA HOVR Sonic
These shoes are super lightweight and while they are for running, I prefer to use them for my lifting/HIIT workouts. I love how crisp the white is and breathable the material is. I will even wear them without socks. #don’tjudge
OOFOS
ALL TIME FAVE! OOFOS are great for recovery and so incredible comfortable. It’s so nice to feel the support in your arches and have a slip on shoe to bop around in. I even would go to work in these shoes.
Garmin KC Half Marathon: Pre and Post
What an awesome race opportunity this was! Even though my training sucked and I hurt my knee during this race, I thought the set up, environment, atmosphere and accomodations were amazing. I would highly recommend if you don’t mind hills!
SPIbeams LED Hat
This hat was perfect for the dark mornings and dark evenings when you need to hit the pavement. This hat lights up your path and provides safety for you to see in the dark, but also for others to see you. The blinking light on the back is great for others to know you are out there. I even used this to light my path on my walk to the mailbox!
Hot Chocolate St. Louis 5k: Pre and Post
Okay, the Hot Chocolate races are always a blast. I was originally signed up to do the 15k, but with my knee, I knew it wouldn’t be possible. So I dropped down to the 5k. I didn’t get the cool medal, but their swag is always worth it! Always a fun expo with tons of snacks, a place to exchange sizes for the swag and more snacks post race. This year it was in forest park which was so much fun!
Zwift
GAMECHANGER! If you dread the treadmill, then you have to give this a shot. Once again, I still have a bum knee, but I would have serious FOMO and excitement to get the chance to use Zwift. Even if you can only walk, it’s so much fun to see other environments and scenery, but also have company on the road. Get your friends together or meet new friends, this app is awesome!
Bibrave is such a great community. Not only do you get introduced to brands you may not have used before, but the community aspect is beyond what I could imagine. You are connected with others who have the passion for running and it’s so fun to even meet up in person at races! I am so excited to have another year with these people and these brands!
