Week 2 GE Appliances Kentucky Derby Mini Training Recap
Monday – speed workout – 3.62 miles @ 10:36 pace
- 12x100m, 100m walk rest (paces were from 5:51 to 6:56)
- warmup and cooldown
Tuesday – off
Wednesday – 30 min run – 3.14 miles @ 9:33 pace

Thursday – 30 min run – 3.16 miles @ 9:29 pace

Friday – off
Saturday – 5k race – gun time 24:26 – 1st in age group – 4th female overall
- 0.41 warmup
- 5k splits were 7:59, 8:00, 8:00

Sunday – 60 min treadmill run – 5.5 miles @ 10:55 pace
