I found a wonderful chart in the Body Image Project Tool Kit from The Eating Disorders Action Group and wanted to make it into an infographic. As part of National Nutrition Month, I’m trying to post at least one infographic a week. This one is “Why We Diet and What Really Happens.” I’ve also added a PayPal Donation button to the website in case you like what you see or happen to use any of the infographics that I have created and are feeling generous 🙂
